L Overview

Loews Corporation is a holding company. Its largest subsidiary is CNA Financial Corporation, a property and casualty insurance company providing risk management, information, and warranty and claims administration services. Loews operates offshore oil and gas drilling rigs through Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., and provides transportation, storage, gathering, and processing of natural gas and natural gas liquids through Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP. Loews also operates a chain of hotels. Loews was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in New York City, NY.
