ORA Overview

Ormat Technologies, Inc. sells, owns, and operates geothermal and recovered energy-based power plants. The company also manufactures products that produce electricity from recovered energy or waste heat. Nearly two thirds of its capacity is in the U.S. with the balance in Africa and Central America. Ormat Technologies was founded in 1965 and is based in Reno, NV.
