Matador Resources Company (formerly Matador Holdco, Inc.) produces oil and natural gas in the U.S. The company provides natural gas processing, oil transportation services, water gathering services, as well as produced water disposal services to third parties. It holds interests in the Wolfcamp and Bone Spring plays in the Delaware Basin in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. Matador Resources was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
