CNM Overview

Core & Main, Inc. is a specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection products and services to municipalities, private water companies, and professional contractors in the U.S. and internationally. Its products and services are used in the maintenance, repair, replacement and construction of water and fire protection infrastructure. Clayton, Dubilier & Rice acquired the Waterworks division of HD Supply and changed its name to Core & Main in 2017. Core & Main was founded in 1874 and is headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
