CBRE Group, Inc. is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. CBRE stands for Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis. CBRE provides services to both occupiers of and investors in real estate: For occupiers, CBRE offers facilities management, project management, transaction (both property sales and leasing) and consulting services, and valuation services. For investors, CBRE provides capital markets (property sales, commercial mortgage brokerage, loan origination), property leasing, investment management, property management, and valuation and development services. The company was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
