Exelon Corporation is a regulated power utility with 10M electric and gas customers in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. Exelon owns 32 gigawatts of generation capacity throughout North America. Exelon was created in 2000 by the merger of PECO Energy Co. and Unicom Corp. and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
