DBGI Overview
Digital Brands Group, Inc. sells apparel under various brands on a direct-to-consumer and wholesale basis, including denim under the DSTLD brand and luxury men's suis under the ACE Studios brand. It also manufactures women's apparel (dresses, tops, jumpsuits, bottoms, sets, jackets, and rompers) under the Bailey brand. Luxury custom and made-to-measure products are offered under the Harper & Jones brand and luxury T-shirts, tops, and bottoms under the Stateside brand. Digital Brands Group was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Austin, TX.
