4 Penny Stocks Too Cheap To Ignore in November 2026

What if some of the biggest opportunities in AI right now aren't in the stocks making headlines, but in companies trading for less than $5 a share?

We're talking about real businesses making real money from the AI boom, but trading at prices most investors wouldn't give a second look.

A note from our sponsors...

The ONLY AI opportunity you should be looking at

This is the ONLY AI wealth-building opportunity you should be watching right now.

No. It's not about Nvidia, Tesla, or Meta...

It's about one overlooked company profiting off AI "digital goldmines" that are poised to experience 100x growth very soon.

This new opportunity will change the market and make investors a lot of money.

That's why it has received a $500 billion commitment from President Trump himself...

So we went hunting for overlooked AI stocks that aren't just cheap, they're showing signs of a turnaround, growing earnings, and trading at valuations that are hard to ignore. We found four worth watching as we head into November. Three trade for less than $5 a share, and the fourth is still under $7.

And wait until you see the numbers. One has a top-ranked Wall Street analyst predicting shares could more than double. Another generates over $1.5 billion in annual sales, yet trades at just 11 cents on the dollar of those sales.

But our favorite is the last one. It's profitable, trades for less than $2 a share, and ranks #1 out of 168 stocks in its industry according to our quantitative analysis. And by one valuation model, shares could climb more than 60% just to reach fair value.

So let's get into the 4 AI penny stocks that could be hiding some of the market's most overlooked opportunities.

1- DHI Group (DHX)

We will kick things off with DHI Group (DHX), the company cashing in on the race to hire AI talent. DHX owns Dice and ClearanceJobs, the marketplaces companies use to find the engineers, data scientists, and security-cleared tech workers everyone is fighting over right now. As of this writing, it's trading at around $4.85.

Now, here is why DHX is interesting right now. Companies are scrambling for AI and machine-learning talent, and DHX gets paid to connect them. This explains why the business just turned a corner.

A year ago DHX was losing money. Over its last 2 quarters it swung to a profit and beat estimates both times.

And you are not paying up for that turnaround. Shares carry a PEG ratio of just 0.22. PEG is the price-to-earnings ratio adjusted for growth, and the average stock trades around 1.5, nearly 7 times higher than DHX.

Wall Street is starting to notice too. Right now, 3 analysts cover the stock, and they land on a consensus Strong Buy recommendation. The most credible voice is Gary Prestopino at Barrington Research, who ranks in the top 2% of all analysts we track. As of this writing, his fair value target implies shares could more than double in the year ahead.

Now let's pop the hood with our Zen Ratings quant model. It analyzes every stock across 115 different fundamental, technical, and AI factors, then boils it down to one intuitive letter grade from A through F. And these grades matter. A-rated stocks like this one have historically outperformed the market by nearly 3 to 1. We also break out 7 Component Grades, Value, Growth, Momentum and more, to show each stock's unique strengths and weaknesses.

DHX earns an A, a Strong Buy recommendation, landing in the top 1% of every stock we track. Now let's look at what its particular strengths are. Growth comes in at the top 15%. Financial strength, top 11%. Momentum, top 9%, which points to timely shares already in motion. And the standout is Sentiment, top 2%, the Smart Money crowd moving in.

A newly profitable business, a top 2% analyst pounding the table, and an elite A rating, that is a strong way to open our list. Now consider whether DHX deserves a spot on your watchlist.

It gets better from here…

2- Baozun (BZUN)

This next one trades cheaper against its sales than anything else on this list.

We're talking about Baozun (BZUN), trading at around $3.80. Baozun runs the behind-the-scenes e-commerce engine for big brands across China, the technology, the online stores, the logistics.

So why is it on an AI list? Because Baozun is rolling AI and automation across those operations to run leaner and fatten its margins, with early pilots already living in Gap's China business.

And it is working. A year ago Baozun was losing money. Last quarter, it swung to a profit.

Here is the part that is hard to believe. Baozun is doing over $1.5 billion in annual sales. And the market values the whole company at a tiny fraction of that. We are talking a price-to-sales ratio of 0.11. That is roughly 11 cents of market value for every dollar of sales running through the business.

Wall Street has barely shown up here. Just one analyst, over at CLSA, covers the stock, and they just upgraded Baozun to a Buy recommendation. For a company this lightly covered, it does not take many new analysts coming on board to change the story. And since it just swung to profitability, we're expecting to see a lot more coverage in the future. Right now, it being under the radar is the opportunity.

Our quant model's read is still in favor of this stock, with one important update. Here's something worth flagging: since this was drafted, Baozun's Zen Rating has cooled from an A to a B. It now earns a Buy recommendation, and overall fundamentals put it in the top 8% of all the stocks we track. Momentum grades in the top 23%. But the standout is Growth, top 7%, which foreshadows more earnings beats ahead. The soft spots are worth knowing about: Sentiment sits in the bottom 42% of the market, so the Smart Money crowd has not come around yet, and the Value grade is only middling at the top 39%, which means this is more of a cheap-on-sales story than a classic value one.

The next pick flips that idea on its head. Baozun is getting cheap selling through the internet, the next company is all about getting found on it, in a world where AI is answering the questions.

And remember, the Zen Ratings are updated daily, so you can visit the quote pages on wallstreetzen.com to see the latest ratings for this or any other stock.

3- Yext (YEXT)

Our next pick sits right at the center of the shift to AI search, and Wall Street is barely paying attention.

It's Yext (YEXT). And this is the only stock on this list trading above $5 a share, right now it's a hair under $7 apiece. Yext is the platform big multi-location brands use to control their information, hours, locations, reviews, everywhere customers look. Google, Apple Maps, Siri, and now the AI assistants.

And that last part is the whole story. Search is moving from a list of blue links to AI-generated answers. So the question is no longer whether you rank on page one, it is whether the AI recommends you at all. Yext rebuilt its platform around exactly that, with an AI agent called Scout and a fresh acquisition to push deeper into automated, AI-driven marketing.

Better yet, unlike most stocks this cheap, Yext is actually profitable and has been beating estimates.

And the value is right there in the PEG ratio of 0.6, less than half the average stock's 1.5. Growth is nice. Growth at that kind of valuation is much, much nicer.

And speaking of growth, Wall Street experts see earnings growing almost 48% in the year ahead, comfortably ahead of the rest of the software industry.

Now, here is the strange part. Almost nobody on Wall Street covers Yext. A single analyst, sitting on a Hold recommendation. And that is what makes it interesting, because our model flatly disagrees.

Yext earns an A, a Strong Buy recommendation, in the top 2% of all stocks. Growth lands in the top 28%. Next up we have a huge jump, as Financial strength grades in the top 14%. Sentiment, top 10%, a really strong smart money signal there. And the standout is Value, top 5%, based on a review of 21 different value measures. So you have a genuinely cheap, profitable business that institutions are leaning into, while Wall Street's one analyst sits on the fence.

The one weak spot is the balance sheet. Yext carries some debt. But a profitable, top 5% value stock riding the AI-search wave, that the Street has not woken up to yet, that is a lot to like at under $7 a share.

And speaking of a lot to like, we have saved the best for last. Our final pick is rated in the top 1% of the entire market.

4- 8x8 (EGHT)

Here is something you do not see very often. A profitable company, trading under $2 a share, that a discounted cash flow model values at closer to $3.20. That is 8x8 (EGHT). But let's back up and talk about what they do.

8x8 sells cloud communications to businesses around the world, phone systems, video, and contact-center software. For years the market treated it as a slow, sleepy legacy name. Then it rebuilt the whole platform around AI. Today its AI tools handle customer calls and chats, summarize conversations, and coach human reps in real time, and that AI platform is now its fastest-growing segment.

And this is no flash in the pan. 8x8 has beaten Wall Street's estimates four quarters running.

Now, back to that valuation, because this is where the value really pops. 8x8 carries a PEG ratio of just 0.26. Remember, the average stock trades around 1.5. So shares could nearly triple from here and still be significantly cheaper than the average stock. On top of that, as mentioned, it trades about 39% below a discounted cash flow model's fair value, meaning shares would have to rise more than 60% just to reach what that model considers fair.

And the analysts are on board. Both analysts covering 8x8 have a Strong Buy recommendation, and the higher-ranked of the two, Catharine Trebnick at Rosenblatt, in the top 3% of all analysts, has a fair value target more than 50% above where shares trade today, as of this writing.

Now let's put 8x8 under the microscope of our Zen Ratings model. 8x8 earns an A, a Strong Buy recommendation, in the top 1% of every stock we track, better than 99% of the market. And in its entire category, it is the number 1 ranked stock out of 168 names, sitting at the very top of the list.

The component grades back it up across the board. Financial strength, top 22%. Safety, top 16%. Growth, top 10%, which foreshadows more earnings beats ahead. Sentiment, top 12%, the Smart Money onboard. And the crown jewel is Value, top 1% of the entire market, the single best value grade on this list, on 21 different measures.

The greatest risk right now is that 8x8 carries more debt than we'd like, a holdover from its leaner years. But step back and look at the whole picture. The number 1 stock out of 168. Top 1% of the entire market. The best value grade on this list, trading 39% below fair value. Profitable, with four straight earnings beats, and both analysts calling it a Strong Buy recommendation, all for under $2 a share. That is why 8x8 was the perfect stock to finish on.

So there they are. 4 AI penny stocks that are cheap today, but making all the right moves, DHI Group riding the hunt for AI talent, Baozun trading at pennies on the dollar, Yext owning the shift to AI search, and 8x8 topping our entire list. Three of them still trade under $5, and names like that do not tend to stay this cheap forever.
