AP Overview

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation manufactures forged hardened steel rolls and finned tube heat exchange coils and related heat transfer products. It is a conglomerate made up of five small companies operating under the Ampco umbrella. Its steel rolls are used by producers of steel, aluminum, and other metals. Heat transfer products are sold to various industries, including OEM/commercial, nuclear power generation, and industrial manufacturers. Custom-designed air handling systems are sold in institutional, pharmaceutical, and general industrial building markets. The company was incorporated in 1929 and is headquartered in Carnegie, PA.
