Taboola (TBLA): My Next Stock to Double?

Taboola (TBLA) is a leading digital advertising and discovery platform that has been on my radar for quite a while. But then a few months back there was this narrative that AI was going to destroy all software and SaaS companies which crippled a wide swatch of shares.

That false narrative is finally being unwound which has me running back to Taboola given the still impressive upside I think is contained in these low cost shares ($5.14).

Like many companies AI is not going to put them out of business.

Instead, they are using AI to improve their offerings making them more robust…and more profitable.

In the case of Taboola their AI powered performance advertising platform is called “Realize”. The company is proud to report is accelerating advertiser growth and retention.

This points to ample upside ahead for shares.

Part of that upside comes from a combination of growth...like 25% expected earnings growth this year.

The other part comes from the obscenely undervalued shares. Note that TBLA only 8 times forward earnings. Woefully shy of what it should be for a company growing 25% a year.

As for the Zen Ratings we are talking about a stock in the top 1% of all reviewed with strength across Growth, Financials, Sentiment...and yes Value.

Shares should be trading for at least 15 to 20 times earnings...and thus this stock has the potential to double or more in the year ahead from its current perch around $5.

Yes, it’s a small cap with a bit more risk than the average stock...but the ample reward more than makes up for it...so let’s “tab” these shares for inclusion in our portfolio.

What To Do Next?

Taboola (TBLA) is just one of 20 stellar stocks found in my Zen Investor portfolio.

And that portfolio generated a +39.83% in the first half of 2026…yes 4X better than the S&P 500.

How is that possible?
