Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis — or CBRE for the less formally inclined, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. With a staggering $41.3 billion market capitalization, CBRE is a veritable industry titan. Most companies that have grown to such a size offer relatively little in terms of capital appreciation, outside of tech. However, CBRE stock has rallied by 58.26% in 2024 — and some of Wall Street’s sharpest think it is the best-positioned business in the industry to provide double-digit growth once again in 2025.
