I am leaning into 2 parts of my Zen Investor outperformance game plan with IBEX Ltd (IBEX):
The downside of a small cap stock like this is that there is very little information to help with research. Thus, there is not that much more to say about what they do besides this description on their website:
“We’re an elite CX outsourcer for the world’s startups, scale-ups, and blue-chips. We build powerful customer engagement & insight solutions to help protect client investment, mitigate financial & operational risk, and accelerate ROI.”
The upside is that the well rounded 115 factor analysis of Zen Ratings tracks down the most fundamentally attractive stocks with the most upside potential. So grabbing a stock in the top 1% of the Zen Ratings universe is a pretty good idea.
Here are more Zen Ratings highlights:
Top 25% Safety (rarely are small cap tech stocks also this strongly ranked for Safety)
Top 12% Sentiment (the “Smart Money” crowd is already focused on these special shares)
Top 4% Financials (I spoke about the importance of strong Financials in this recent article)
Top 2% Value
Shares made it to a high of $43 back in September thanks to a very impressive earnings report. Yet since then IBEX has endured an overdone round of profit taking allowing us to “buy the dip” today around $38.
This is not about filling the gap and getting back to $43. If IBEX continues to flex its muscles with more beat and raise earnings reports, then it’s not hard to see shares possibly doubling by the end of 2026.
