A note from our sponsors...

The ONLY AI opportunity you should be looking at

This is the ONLY AI wealth-building opportunity you should be watching right now.

No. It's not about Nvidia, Tesla, or Meta...

It's about one overlooked company profiting off AI "digital goldmines" that are poised to experience 100x growth very soon.

This new opportunity will change the market and make investors a lot of money.

That's why it has received a $500 billion commitment from President Trump himself...

🔥 HOT: Data storage giant Seagate Technology (STX) is benefiting from a real AI bottleneck: storage demand is outrunning supply. Management has pointed to stronger HAMR adoption, higher margins, and accelerating cloud demand, while its own research shows most companies expect AI to increase storage needs. For investors, this is an AI infrastructure play already showing up in profits.

Shares have surged more than 300% from their 52-week low, but the business has kept pace. Margins have expanded sharply, leverage has fallen, and analysts expect earnings and revenue growth to remain strong.

STX has a Zen Rating of A, a Strong Buy recommendation. Looking at the underlying Component Grades, you’ll see specific strengths: Financials earns an A, while Growth, Momentum, and Sentiment receive B grades. That says the rally is backed by improving fundamentals and investor confidence. Value, Safety, and Artificial Intelligence sit at C, so the main caution is price. Bottom line: Seagate has one of the clearest AI demand catalysts in hardware, but investors are paying up for it now.

🥶 NOT: Fiber infrastructure REIT Uniti Group (UNIT) is still expanding its network, but the balance sheet is becoming the bigger story. Debt is extremely high, projected cash burn exceeds available cash, and analysts expect losses to continue for years. For investors, that means the fiber buildout may have long-term value, but the financial strain has to be fixed first.

Shares are down roughly a third from their 52-week high and have lost most of their value since going public.

UNIT has a Zen Rating of F, a Strong Sell recommendation. Looking at the Component Grades, Growth and Sentiment earn F grades, while Safety and Financials receive D grades. That points to weak expansion, poor investor confidence, and a fragile financial foundation. Value, Momentum, and Artificial Intelligence sit at C, but none offset the bigger problems. Bottom line: the infrastructure story may eventually work, but right now the balance sheet is working against investors.

🔥 HOT: Marketing and digital transformation company Stagwell (STGW) is increasingly being valued as a technology-enabled growth story rather than a traditional ad agency. Recent catalysts include a larger Real Clear investment, the launch of Intreego.ai, and a deeper Adobe partnership, all following a quarter where earnings and revenue beat estimates.

Shares have nearly doubled from their 52-week low but still sit below their high, while Wall Street DCF models suggest the stock remains undervalued.

STGW has a Zen Rating of A, a Strong Buy recommendation. Digging into the Component Grades to see its specific strengths, Safety earns an A, while Growth, Momentum, and Sentiment receive B grades. That is a strong mix for a smaller company: execution looks stable, growth is improving, and investor confidence is rising. Value, Financials, and Artificial Intelligence sit at C. Bottom line: Stagwell has fresh growth catalysts, improving profitability, and room to run if its tech-driven strategy keeps delivering.

🥶 NOT: Solid-state battery developer QuantumScape (QS) is still years into the same promise: breakthrough battery technology, but no meaningful commercial revenue. The company continues to ramp its pilot line, yet losses remain heavy, cash flow is deeply negative, and insiders have been selling. For investors, the story is still far ahead of the business.

Shares are down more than 70% from their 52-week high and trade near the bottom of their range. WallStreetZen’s DCF model also suggests the stock remains dramatically overvalued.

QS has a Zen Rating of F, a Strong Sell recommendation. Taking a look at the Component Grades reveals why. Momentum earns an F, while Value, Safety, Financials, and Artificial Intelligence receive D grades. That says the stock trend is weak, valuation is difficult to justify, and the financial profile remains poor. Bottom line: QuantumScape may still have breakthrough potential, but investors are being asked to pay for a future the business has yet to prove.
