Kevin Warsh is set to become the next Fed President.
Let there be no doubt that he was selected as someone set to deliver lower rates which is strongly preferred by the Trump administration. Thus, it is wise to consider more investments that would benefit from the continued lowering of rates.
BRP Inc. (DOO) certainly fits the bill as a leader in powersport products like Sea-Doo watercraft (jet skis), Ski-Doo snowmobiles and Alumacraft boats.
These products become more affordable as interest rates on loans go lower. Gladly, the company was already in great shape given a dramatic turnaround this year followed by 3 more impressive earnings beats.
The fundamental strength of this company comes shining through the lens of the Zen Ratings. It currently stands as the 15th highest rated stock in our universe. So not just A rated in top 5%...not even top 1%...it’s actually in the top 0.3% of all stocks analyzed.
The weakest of its ratings is Safety at only top 36%. That is easily made up for with this hit parade of component grades:
Top 20% Value
Top 15% Financials
Top 12% Momentum
Top 8% AI Factors
Top 6% Growth
Top 5% Sentiment
I believe that the turnaround in their business that started early in 2025 will continue as the interest rates go lower increasing demand for their products. That should drive up profits...share price...and our happiness.
Heck, we might even make enough on these shares to buy a Sea-Doo for ourselves ;-)
