ADT Inc. (ADT): Buy the #1 Stock in This Top Industry

Recently I wrote the following article: Discover the Best Stocks in the Best Industries. 

As the title implies, there is great benefit in first isolating the best industries to invest in now. Then select the very best stocks in that industry. 

This is a tried and true path to outperform the market. And today that path leads us to the doorstep of the very attractive shares of ADT Inc. (ADT).

So yes, ADT’s industry group, Security & Protection Services is A rated overall. Yet amazingly there is only 1 A rated stock in the group which is ADT. This means it is truly the pick of the litter. 

You probably recognize the company name as they are a leader in home and business security. The best part of their healthy business model is that there is absolutely no tariff exposure. 

That becomes pretty important at this juncture as there are very few trade deals in hand which led to a 30 day extension of the tariff deadline. So there is a lot of headline risk for things to go sideways with many companies that have much more significant tariff risk. 

Again, we sidestep that risk entirely with ADT. Gladly that is not the only attractive feature of this stock as understood through the 115 factor analysis of the Zen Ratings quant model.

Top 1.3% Value

Top 2.2% Overall Zen Rating

Clearly Value is its main strength. That’s because it is only sporting a PE of 10X this year's earnings estimates when the average stock is closer to a PE of 20. 

That doesn't make a lot of sense when the company is set for 12% earnings growth this year when the average stock is only going at half that pace. 

That is why I can see shares doubling by the end of 2026 as more investors appreciate this growth and value story. Plus you get a healthy 2.6% dividend yield to help pad your returns. 

Add it all up and it’s time to secure some ADT shares in your portfolio.
