Goldman Sachs estimates that data center power demand will increase 160% by 2030, mainly due to AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This surge is driving significant growth in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar power. Here, there are two companies that stand head and shoulders above the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>21. First Solar Inc (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wallstreetzen.com\/stocks\/us\/nasdaq\/fslr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NASDAQ: FSLR)<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First Solar produced more than 12.1GW of solar modules last year and currently has a nameplate capacity of 21 GW. Even so, the company isn\u2019t resting on its laurels \u2014 with plans to double manufacturing capacity by 2026 through opening a slew of facilities, primarily in Louisiana and Alabama.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also quite likable? FSLR\u2019s revenue and earnings estimates outshine both the industry and the wider market \u2014 so too does its P\/E ratio. Looking at analyst forecasts, the average expectation for the stock\u2019s price a year from now is pretty optimistic \u2014<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wallstreetzen.com\/stocks\/us\/nasdaq\/fslr\/stock-forecast\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>see it here<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>22. NextEra Energy Inc (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wallstreetzen.com\/stocks\/us\/nyse\/nee\/stock-forecast\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NYSE: NEE<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the forecasts and metrics are a bit less stellar than FSLR\u2019s at the moment, the largest producer of wind and solar energy is another ticker to keep an eye on, particularly if the company sees a string of good quarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As it stands, a D\/E ratio of 2.48 and low earnings and revenue growth forecast make FSLR the clear winner as of right now.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>4.
