According to historical trends, the best months for stocks are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • December<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Stocks tend to be “greenest” during early winter and the start of spring. However, major stock market indices usually struggle to eke out gains in the summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Remember that these patterns are based on average returns for broad stock indices over decades. Seasonal patterns can’t predict the expected return on a specific stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
